There isn't anything there yet but expect later this year to have a few mods built around it. What we do get from Royal Court is a nice shiny new function that the community can build mods around and massively improve on. The court events are pretty bland, there are plenty of free community event mods that enrich your role playing as a ruler far better with variation & chained actions in a choose your own story sort of way as opposed to the single action events of court events. However outside of those stats there's not much to it. Though I must say it doesn't take much money to get a grand court, I think it's lacking a bit of balance there. It's also nice that a grand court gives a bonus to vassal loyalty. The Royal Court is fun to see & I like the role playing element of having a court grandeur level where I am competing with others for the best court in the world. If you were looking for value for money the dlc probably isn't worth it.
